Deputy Store Manager / Shop Manager - Part-Time

As Deputy Store Manager you give the Tchibo brand a face and the famous Tchibo smile. You take responsibility for the shop and the team in coordination with the Shop Manager or during their absence. Your most important mission is ensuring customers feel at home.

You advise customers in a friendly and attentive way while actively implementing the sales strategy. You enjoy convincing customers of our unique Tchibo coffee and preparing coffee specialties and snacks. You also handle merchandise presentation, accept deliveries and maintain stock.

Quereinsteiger are warmly welcome. You approach people openly, work independently and enjoy sharing product knowledge. The role offers training such as barista education along with 36 vacation days and employee discounts.
