About this role

To consistently deliver high-quality beverages, whole bean products, and food items to guests by adhering to established recipe and presentation standards. Ensure a memorable and satisfying experience for every guest in this full-time graveyard/overnight role with weekends required.

Formulate beverages according to recipes and prepare food products to meet presentation standards daily. Accurately operate the point-of-sale register, manage cash handling, and process payments including coupons and change.

Deliver superior guest service by recommending drinks, food selections, and daily specials. Stock workstations to maintain pars, monitor product quality, and set up or close following procedures in a fast-paced casino environment.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of Restaurant/Beverage experience
  • Proven knowledge of point of sales software and cash/check/credit card handling
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding guest service at all times
  • Experience in a high-volume a la carte venue (preferred)
  • Obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission
  • Pass pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

  • Formulate beverages according to established recipes and ensure food products meet presentation standards
  • Accurately operate the point-of-sale register, manage cash, prepare banks for next shift, handle coupons, and ensure correct change
  • Deliver superior guest service by recommending drinks and food selections and informing guests of daily specials
  • Stock workstations to maintain appropriate pars and monitor product quality
  • Set up and close workstations following established procedures to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
