As a Coffee Barista at Kenangan Coffee in SM MOA, you will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. You'll work full-time in a dynamic team environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfect cup.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards daily. Greet customers, take orders, provide recommendations, and handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness, organization of the bar area, stock levels, and uphold hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards at all times.

Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in every customer interaction. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months experience as a coffee barista or Barista NC II Passer
  • At least 6 months experience in food and beverage industry
  • Passion for coffee, with a desire to learn about different types of beverages
  • Attention to detail for beverage preparation and presentation
  • Basic math skills for handling cash
  • Willingness to follow company recipes and standards

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
  • Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
  • Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience
  • Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in every customer interaction
