As a Coffee Barista at Kenangan Coffee in SM MOA, you will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. You'll work full-time in a dynamic team environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfect cup.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards daily. Greet customers, take orders, provide recommendations, and handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness, organization of the bar area, stock levels, and uphold hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards at all times.

Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in every customer interaction. Requirements

Must be 18 years old and above
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months experience as a coffee barista or Barista NC II Passer
At least 6 months experience in food and beverage industry
Passion for coffee, with a desire to learn about different types of beverages
Attention to detail for beverage preparation and presentation
Basic math skills for handling cash
Willingness to follow company recipes and standards

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management
Uphold hygiene, safety, and food preparation standards at all times
Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience
Represent the Kenangan Coffee brand positively in every customer interaction
