Responsible for preparing and serving coffee, food, and other beverages in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. Take, produce, ring up, and deliver orders to guests. Handle financial transactions in a competent and circumspect manner.
Keep area in a professional and welcoming condition, stocking, serving, and general cleanup. Production of food items per par levels and menu. Represent the hospital and department in a professional and caring manner.
Exemplifies Standards of Gold and the Operation Pillars of Excellence in performing daily duties. Great Benefits available. Shift varies weekends only, part-time 20 hours from 12p to 10p.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Will accept high school students for part-time position
- Accurately make specialty coffees as ordered in a timely manner
- Handle cash deposits with great accuracy and less than 3 issues per month
- Greet customers using appropriate scripting
- Function effectively in unexpected circumstances and resolve issues
- Follow company money handling guidelines and food safety protocols
- Wear uniform properly, keep hair restrained, nails natural and clean
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, food, and other beverages professionally
- Take, produce, ring up, and deliver orders to guests
- Handle financial transactions competently and accurately
- Keep work area professional, welcoming, stocked, and clean
- Produce food items per par levels and menu
- Record temperatures for coolers and food
- Follow HACCP Cobb County Health Department codes for food handling
- Clean and organize as you go, maintain fire regulation compliance
