Benugo seeks an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at the famous Natural History Museum. Cafes here serve freshly made sandwiches, cakes, and barista crafted coffee to thousands of visitors each day. Supervise, manage, and motivate the team to ensure smooth operations. Maintain customer experience at the highest standard while continuously improving sales and service. Support team performance through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring.

Requirements

Experienced in cafe management
Good food and beverage knowledge
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage high-volume visitor service
Knowledge of barista crafted coffee preparation
Understanding of freshly made sandwiches and cakes production
