Requirements

Experience with preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages that meet high standards of quality and presentation
Skilled in operating espresso machines and preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks using syrups, milk alternatives, and fresh ingredients
Providing excellent customer service through direct guest interaction and a friendly, approachable attitude
Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized coffee bar and seating area throughout the shift
Well-versed in restocking and maintaining inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and café essentials
Handling guest orders and payments accurately, issuing receipts, and closing transactions properly
Able to assess guest preferences and make tailored beverage and food recommendations with confidence
Demonstrating flexibility including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Fluent in English, and other languages are a plus

Follow all food and beverage hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
