Greet guests warmly, deliver exceptional service, and anticipate needs while explaining beverage and food options. Craft consistent, high-quality beverages following Alfred standards and prepare food according to recipes. Handle phone inquiries, process orders accurately, and maintain calm during busy periods.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues through active listening, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach. Ensure a clean, organized work environment, restock shelves, and report operational inconsistencies. Follow hygiene protocols, food safety standards, and cash handling procedures while reporting hazards.

Join a passionate team valuing customer experience and quality products. Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility for quarterly meetings. Maintain minimum 3 shifts per week in a fast-paced cafe environment focused on teamwork.

Requirements

Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting preferred
Passion for working with the public in a customer-facing capacity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to attend quarterly team meetings outside regular hours
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance
Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in the cafe
