A day in the life involves onboarding and training colleagues with a strong focus on coffee. Educate customers on the Nespresso brand, products, services, and sustainability commitments. Organize and deliver masterclasses and tasting ceremonies while contributing to sales.

Requirements
- Outgoing and charismatic personality to make human connections
- Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand knowledge of Nespresso coffees
- Love for creating recipes and food pairings
- Previous experience as a barista, bartender, mentor, or trainer is an asset
- Ability to stand for an entire working day and repeatedly lift a maximum of 23 kgs
Responsibilities
- Onboard and regularly train colleagues on coffee knowledge
- Educate customers on Nespresso brand, products, services, and sustainability commitments
- Organize and deliver masterclasses and tasting ceremonies
- Sell and serve customers
- Contribute to sales of the entire Nespresso portfolio and maximize purchase value
- Own in-store Retail-tainment with charismatic personality
- Create memorable moments for customers and employees
