Lead and supervise daily coffee bar operations to ensure highest quality preparations. Maintain consistency in beverage standards across all servings. Assist Outlet Manager and Assistant Beverage Manager in driving excellence.

Requirements
- Secondary/High School Education
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage advantageous
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques
- Experience leading barista teams
- Knowledge of beverage quality control
- Inventory management in coffee operations
