As a Barista, you prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages while providing fast, quality customer service. You ensure the store is clean and sanitary with products stocked. Fun is had on every shift.

You work with a franchisee who sets terms of employment including wage and benefits. Schedules run Monday-Sunday and holidays, closed Christmas Day, early close on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. The focus is on creating positive connections.

Paid training gets you started, with leadership programs available for upward mobility in the franchise. Flexible part-time hours range from 16-29 per week. Tips and perks support your role.

Requirements

Talented and passionate about coffee and customer experiences

Willingness to follow food handling and sanitation procedures
Capability to stand for extended periods and handle stocking

Responsibilities

Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food
Clean, sanitize and maintain the store
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicate shortages to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with personalized online training
Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
