Requirements
- Friendly and courteous customer service approach
- Knowledge of gourmet coffee preparation techniques
- Ability to prepare smoothies and cocktails
- Familiarity with restaurant and lounge service standards

- Basic food and beverage handling skills
- Aloha spirit in interactions with guests and colleagues
Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Prepare gourmet coffee drinks for patrons at restaurant and coffee lounge
- Prepare smoothies for patrons
- Prepare cocktails for patrons
- Achieve standards of excellence through company mission, culture and values
- Operate coffee equipment to brew espresso, lattes and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee bar and service areas
- Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently
