Greet guests warmly, deliver exceptional service, and anticipate needs while explaining beverage and food options. Craft consistent, high-quality beverages following Alfred standards and prepare food according to recipes. Handle phone inquiries, process orders accurately, and manage mobile app operations even during busy periods.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues through active listening, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach. Ensure a clean and organized work environment, restock shelves, and assist with deliveries. Inform management of operational inconsistencies while maintaining a team focus.

Follow all company procedures for cash handling, food safety, cafe organization, sanitation, and hygiene. Report safety hazards and accidents to the manager on duty. Adhere to policies, maintain consistent attendance, and provide advance notice for scheduling conflicts.

Requirements

Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting preferred
Passion for working with the public in a customer-facing capacity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to attend quarterly team meetings or trainings outside regular hours
Maintain a minimum of 3 shifts per week
Able to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance and stand for extended periods
