Coffee Roaster & Packager

Level Ground was founded in 1997 with a focus on fair trade and a passion for specialty coffee. As a Coffee Roaster & Packager, you will take responsibility for roasting, packaging, and preparing delicious coffee that reflects our values and our producers’ work.

Your day-to-day involves operating commercial coffee roasting equipment and packaging and labeling equipment. You will also clean and maintain the roasting and packaging areas, and prepare orders to support production workflows.

We source high quality beans from organic and fair trade small-scale farmers across seven countries. Our patented roasting tech radically reduces emissions, and we have been landfill free for over 20 years using 13 streams of recycling and composting.
