You will operate Brambati green loading and 600kg Roaster, maintaining continuous flow of product and achieving production targets. Receive, move, check, and store green bean goods between warehouse, storage facility, and holding bins. Communicate with production supervisors and roasters on roasting schedules to determine beans required.
Safely operate forklift and other industrial tools while committed to safety, quality assurance, and SQF procedures. Utilise and analyse roasting software, prepare accurate records for QC and maintenance. Maintain general cleaning and housekeeping in a high-volume environment.

Requirements
- Prior experience in food manufacturing
- Previous roasting experience and coffee quality knowledge preferred but not essential
- Mechanically-minded with high aptitude in automated equipment operation
- Understanding of SQF, HACCP, and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability
- Committed to quality in a high-volume environment
- Ability to follow policy, procedures, and instructions
- Confidence using technology and systems
- Current forklift licence
