Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring specialty coffee roasters high-quality coffees safely, on time, and consistently using efficient digital frameworks. We prioritize traceability through the chain and transparency towards all stakeholders.
The Coffee Trader will develop relationships with European roasters, sell a wide range of green coffees, and expand market presence. Daily tasks include market analysis, customer liaison, coffee selection, and collaboration with logistics for timely deliveries. Representation at industry events ensures strong industry connections.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in green coffee sales or trading in European markets
- Strong consultative sales skills and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong knowledge of global coffee markets, pricing mechanisms, and trading platforms
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and market signals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional European language is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain working relationships with coffee roasters in Europe to sell green coffee offerings
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand presence in the European coffee market
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with green bean roasters and customers
- Understand customer needs and liaise effectively with quality assurance and origin teams
- Participate actively in coffee selection and curation to ensure highest quality offerings
- Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions across Europe
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities in the coffee sector
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
