Objectively assess coffee quality, understand customer needs beforehand, and handle processing during warehousing. Direct day-to-day lab running to ensure product quality of forward and spot offerings.

Facilitate and lead regular cuppings with the team while managing, training, and supervising junior QA team. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong passion for high-quality coffee. Network with industry members across all levels to develop product versatility and supply chain.

Requirements

Strong passion for high-quality coffee
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Min 5 years’ experience as a Quality Manager
Experience roasting coffee in a variety of styles
Skilled cupper
Very detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly analytical
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clear leadership abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and cloud-based equivalents (e.g. Google Docs)
