In this role, develop technical knowledge on beverages, machines, and service while supporting clients and teams in creating memorable coffee experiences. Act alongside area specialists to strengthen Nestlé's food service market presence through quality, innovation, and excellence in beverage preparation. Report to the Beverage Specialist in Nestlé Professional.

The day-to-day involves supporting beverage preparation trainings, adjusting coffee machines at points of sale, and contributing to beverage menus. Participate in client tastings, events, and product demonstrations while ensuring quality standards and sharing coffee knowledge. Prospect new clients and register visit learnings to evolve projects.

Succeed by leveraging prior experience in cafes, bars, restaurants, or hotels, along with interest in coffee machines and food service solutions. Availability for travel, client visits, and team collaboration enhances impact. Certifications in coffee or beverages support recipe development and consumer experiences.
