Requirements

Act with integrity, honesty and loyalty to promote Starbucks culture and values
Willing to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Ready to set a positive example for all and maintain a calm demeanor during high workload periods
Show ability and willingness to learn quickly even without professional experience
Use strong interpersonal skills effectively
Be a true team player and build strong relationships
Possess all necessary documents to work in Switzerland (CH nationality or valid work permit)

Responsibilities

Offer all customers high-quality drinks and products while adhering to recipe, presentation, health, safety and cleanliness standards
Provide legendary service and build a connection with every customer from the first encounter
Meet customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their needs
Maintain a clean and organized workplace and store
Work flexibly and handle many different tasks in the store during every shift
Help train new partners, positively recognize their outstanding performance and offer reinforcing coaching
