Big Mamma is a French group of Italian restaurants born from the idea of Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. In the last 10 years we have opened 34 locations across France, the UK, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Italy and beyond. We are seeking the best baristas to join our Coffee Shop Squad. You will enter the dynamic team at La Felicità, a 4500 m² food market with 1500 seats in the heart of Station F, animated daily by over 200 professionals and eight gastronomic corners.
The Caffetteria corner operates alongside the Trattoria, Pizzeria, Top Bun, Panificio, Treno Dolci, Cocktail Bar and Biergarten. Each day you will handle preparation, mise en place and restocking while delivering warm welcomes and high-quality service throughout every phase of the customer experience.

Requirements
- Experience preparing espresso-based hot and cold drinks at high volume.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitary regulations for food service.
- Ability to perform mise en place and manage bar supplies efficiently.
- Strong focus on minimizing waste of raw materials.
- Skill in maintaining cleanliness of bar equipment throughout service.
Responsibilities
- Manage preparation, mise en place of the coffee shop space and necessary restocking for service.
- Deliver warm customer welcome and maximum service quality in every phase.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages responsibly while ensuring speed during service.
- Control and correctly use raw materials with particular attention to limiting waste.
- Respect general hygiene and sanitary standards and maintain cleanliness of bar equipment.
