Provide guests with prompt friendly service, fresh roasted coffee, quality beverages and products in a clean atmosphere. Ensure guests receive friendly, engaging service by providing demonstrations and samples using brewing and roasting equipment. Follow merchandising and operational guidelines including proper inventory levels of product and supplies.

Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, rotating and guest service to achieve standards. Handle cleaning tasks and sanitation while maintaining safety throughout the department in accordance with Lowes’ Foods standards. Perform PA announcements on schedule and collaborate with guests, coworkers, and management.

Work well with guests and coworkers in a dynamic coffee environment. Demonstrate willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job. Build skills in communication, guest service, and selling while contributing to department success.

Requirements

Friendly, engaging and outgoing personality
Ability to work well with guests and coworkers
Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to read and understand information and direction
Ability to supervise, train and develop people
Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
Possess effective communication, guest service and selling skills
Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended period of time

Responsibilities
