About this role
Campos Coffee, founded in 2002, is the leading specialty coffee brand in Australia with values of quality, integrity, and long-term relationships. As a Coffee Roaster at our Banksmeadow HQ, you'll roast beans daily to exact schedules. Deliver consistent flavours to satisfy customer demands from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile while working closely with other teams. Ensure all roasts are ready in time, minimise wastage, and follow safety and quality protocols. Flexibility in hours is required with occasional paid overtime.

Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Focus well and do not get distracted during work
- Open to doing repetitive work
- Love coffee and excited to learn how to roast the Campos way
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Willing and physically fit enough to lift up to 24 kg
- Valid AU working rights with unlimited working rights
Responsibilities
- Roast coffee according to the required sensory profile
- Work closely with other teams to ensure all roasts are ready in time
- Minimise wastage
- Follow Safety and Quality protocols
- Ensure coffee is roasted accurately and to schedule
- Deliver consistent flavours to satisfy customer demands
- Join regular cupping sessions to learn about coffees
