About this role

Are you passionate about working with guests in a lively café environment? We are looking for reinforcement for our Caffè Spettacolo in St. Gallen, offering 16-24 hours per week on an hourly wage basis. Join us and become a Glücksbringer for our customers by delivering exceptional coffee experiences.

You will handle friendly and professional guest service, actively selling coffee specialties and Italian snacks. Your daily tasks include preparing fresh hot and cold coffee drinks and baked goods, while conveying authentic Italianità through product knowledge and genuine presentation.

As part of Valora Group, the leading foodvenience provider, you work in a regulated schedule from Monday to Sunday. The café atmosphere is vibrant and focused on delivering high-quality Italian coffee culture, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Requirements

Experience or training in gastronomy or sales.
Strong customer and service orientation.
Passion for coffee and an open, enthusiastic personality.
Very good German language skills.
Flexibility for shifts on weekends as well as early and late shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional guest service and actively sell coffee specialties and Italian snacks.
Prepare fresh hot and cold coffee specialties and baked goods.
Convey authentic Italianità through deep product knowledge and genuine demeanor.
Handle cash register operations securely.
Ensure appealing presentation of our offerings and maintain cleanliness and order in the work environment, including clearing and restocking.
