In this fast-paced role, you will excel by collaborating with your team to create quality products while taking pride in giving exceptional service that levels up the ordinary customer experience. You'll work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment and product in the industry to prepare the tastiest drinks.
Your role is hospitality driven, and you'll be able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment, helping to build a strong sense of community for both customers and teammates. You'll participate in initiatives with Operations and Marketing teams to increase foot traffic, daily sales, and develop a loyal neighborhood customer base.

Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
- 18+ years of age
- Able to lift 25+ lbs and to stand for long periods of time
- Availability that meets the needs of our cafes, including weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete E-Verify upon hire
Responsibilities
- Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service, turning every customer into a regular
- Work within a world-class coffee program using the best coffee equipment and product to prepare the tastiest drinks
- Complete all training to ensure proper handling of food and beverage to retain freshness and quality
- Maintain systems to avoid product wastage, adjusting par levels in line with business peaks and lows
- Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times
- Adhere to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
- Participate in initiatives with Operations and Marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, and operational profitability
