Your daily mission is to contribute to the excellent operation of the store by providing proper customer service according to Gregory's specifications. You will prepare and serve freshly made products, ensuring they reach customers in the most delicious and enjoyable way.

Requirements

Desired previous experience in the food service industry (restaurants, cafes, or similar).
Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machine operation.
Willingness to learn and adhere to Gregory's product specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Contribute to excellent store operation by providing proper customer service according to Gregory's specifications.
Prepare and serve freshly made coffee and food products with attention to quality and presentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction through a friendly and efficient service approach.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas.
Assist in daily store operations including cash handling and inventory management.
Follow all brand standards and recipes to deliver consistent product quality.
Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive work environment.
