We’re seeking passionate, energetic Baristas ready to deliver exceptional coffee with a side of good vibes.

As a GYG Barista, you’ll be the face of Café Hola, preparing high-quality coffee and serving good vibes all day. You’ll calibrate the espresso machine and grinder throughout the day to maintain consistent flavour and extraction. Steaming milk to perfect temperature and consistency is a key part of your daily routine.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, energetic environment where teamwork and positive energy are key. You’ll deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service in a high-volume setting. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations and equipment is essential.

Requirements

At least 1 year barista experience.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Availability to start early mornings.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks.

Responsibilities

Calibrate the espresso machine and grinder throughout the day to maintain consistent flavour and extraction quality
Steam and texture milk to the correct temperature and consistency for each drink
Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service in a high-volume environment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations and equipment
Support general restaurant operations such as order taking, food prep, restocking, and cleaning
Follow GYG’s recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
