Coffee Roaster / Sales Rep

A Sales Rep stocks and sells products to new and existing retail customers. Orders assigned products to maximize sales. Works under immediate supervision from detailed verbal and written instructions, applying basic skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.

Organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for incoming deliveries. Keeps sales floor uncluttered and free from spills. Stocks and rotates items as needed, resets products, and maintains shelf conditions ensuring integrity of shelf tags and signage.

Checks shipments for out-of-date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality. Ensures all federal, state, and company regulations for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation are met. Maintains standards in shrink, safety, and inventory control.

Assists in merchandising the department to maximize sales. Uses suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales. Provides good customer service in a fast-paced environment with extreme temperatures.
