About this role
We are seeking candidates for the role of Barista who can provide a warm, friendly, cheerful and genuine experience to all our guests. Deliver exceptional service and world-class hospitality to every guest, every time. Join a team focused on high standards in coffee service.
Arrive to work on time, dressed in full uniform, and attend pre-shift meetings. Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner while making coffees to order and maintaining beverage stations. Properly ring menu items into the POS system and complete sales transactions accurately.
Follow Dress for Success opening and closing procedures, count bank before and after service, and keep cashier station neat and clean. Maintain temperature logs, stock coolers and displays, and assist back of house with cleaning tasks. Comply with sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and food storage guidelines.
Work Monday-Friday with early availability starting at 5:30am, no weekends, nights or holidays. Enjoy shift meals and uniforms provided in a supportive environment. Benefit from paid vacation and medical, vision, dental insurance.
Requirements
- 1 year of high volume Barista experience
- 1 year of customer service or food service industry experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Early availability Monday-Friday beginning at 5:30am
- Skills to operate POS system, telephone, coffee/tea machine
- Follow Sterling Culinary Management Cash Handling Procedures
Responsibilities

- Assist back of house with cleaning, mopping, or closing tasks
