The Turning Point is an award-winning DAYTIME ONLY breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant. We have over 30 corporate locations throughout NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL with many more on the way. In search of outstanding, enthusiastic superstars looking to become a part of our growing company.
As Server Barista, take orders from customers for food and beverages and deliver all beverages in a timely fashion. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section while running food as needed to bar and teammates' tables. Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner, plus manage designated side work and make specialty beverages according to guidelines.
Enjoy daytime shifts only—our restaurants close EVERY DAY at 3pm, providing nighttime money while working daytime hours. Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior restaurant experience recommended but not required
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to carry or lift up to 20 pounds
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
