This full-time permanent Production Roaster role offers AM or PM shift flexibility.
You will operate the Brambati green loading and 600kg Roaster to maintain continuous product flow and achieve targets. Prepare accurate records for QC and maintenance while committing to safety, quality assurance, and SQF procedures. Utilise and analyse roasting software alongside cleaning and housekeeping duties.

Requirements
- Roasting and coffee quality knowledge; previous roasting experience on Brambati or Probat highly desirable
- Mechanically-minded with high aptitude in automated equipment operation
- Understanding of SQF, HACCP, and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability
- Committed to quality in a high-volume environment
- Ability to follow policy, procedures, and instructions
- Confidence using technology and systems
- Forklift licence advantageous
- Highly motivated with ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines under pressure
