As Trainee Filialleiter / Shop Manager you give the Tchibo brand a face and the famous Tchibo smile. You advise customers, implement the sales strategy actively and take responsibility for the shop and the team. The role is permanent and part-time with 140-160 hours per month.

You lead your team, inspire staff with enthusiasm for selling and give regular feedback. You manage execution of the sales strategy, ensure targets are met and maintain smooth operations plus optimal product presentation in the shop.

Through a mix of theory and practice you receive training on and off the job to become a model leader. Quereinsteiger are welcome and you can grow into successfully running your own Tchibo shop.

Requirements

Willingness to become Filialleiter / Shop Manager and successfully lead your own shop
Approach people openly, be open to new things and work independently
Empathetic as an emerging leader and able to inspire others
Demonstrate personal responsibility, flexibility, commitment and understanding of numbers
Experience in sales, gastronomy or working with people is an advantage

Responsibilities

Give the Tchibo brand a face and the famous Tchibo smile in the shop
Advise customers in a friendly manner and actively implement the sales strategy
Lead the team, inspire staff with enthusiasm for selling and provide regular feedback
Manage execution of the sales strategy and ensure sales and Tchibo targets are reached
Ensure smooth shop operations and optimal product presentation
Take responsibility for the shop and team members as Trainee Filialleiter / Shop Manager
