We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the Benugo management team at Windsor Castle. The cafe offers freshly prepared seasonal food and excellent coffee within one of the UK’s most iconic landmarks.

The role supports the General Manager in overseeing operations at the Windsor Castle cafes. You will provide direction to the team while ensuring product and service standards remain consistently high across front and back of house.

Requirements

Experience working in a public space
Experience in high volume and multi-site operations is highly desirable
Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire
Astute financial and commercial awareness to ensure continued success of the site
Passion for food

Responsibilities

Oversee the operational function of the location by providing direction and structure to the team
Build and maintain the client relationship by regularly meeting, problem solving and forward planning
Ensure the customer experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
Continuously work towards improving sales and service
Manage financial and budget responsibilities including forecasting and cost control
Support and manage team performance through ongoing evaluations, training and mentoring
Ensure high levels of food safety and health & safety are maintained at all times
