At Costa Coffee, we craft great coffee and memorable moments. As a Barista Maestro, you'll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift with flexible scheduling. Our flexible shifts are designed to suit you and the store, ensuring a balanced routine.
You will train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team daily. Using resourcefulness and adaptability, you'll keep everything running well while ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience. Your leadership sets the tone for every shift and you'll maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts from start to finish

- Oversee inventory and stock rotation for coffee and supplies
