About this role
SWOT Hospitality, a leading hotel management company specializing in the development and operation of high-end hospitality properties, is looking for a Barista/Bartender to join the team in the new project The Fiction at Marousi.
The role centers on preparing and serving drinks to guests according to the company's F&B standards. Daily work includes presentation of the Bar Menu, taking orders, and monitoring bar stock levels.
Staff maintain the good operation of the bar post while remaining guest focused to promote exceptional experiences. The position involves breakdown, cleaning, and set-up of front and back bar areas in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Barista/Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence
- Relevant training certificates will be considered a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities
