About this role

Join us to take your career journey to the next level! We are looking for a Sales Representative responsible for managing and conducting end-to-end field sales activities for Costa Coffee. A sales representative is the primary Costa Coffee contact with the customer and is responsible for customer relationships.

Create Costa Coffee order requests from customers and carry out necessary studies to implement actions for market share, availability, and sales volume. Strengthen customer relations, solve problems, gain new customers, and control equipment. Follow coffee market activities and carry out organization and display activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for coffee and sales is a plus
  • Good command of the English language
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • B-class driver's license (active driving)
  • Analytical perspective, strong relationship management, team-oriented, high planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to build relationships with clients quickly
  • Aligned and collaborative within the team, flexible and proactive personality

Responsibilities

  • Create Costa Coffee order requests from customers
  • Carry out necessary studies and implement actions for Costa Coffee's market share, availability, and sales volume
  • Strengthen customer relations and solve problems
