The Production Roaster role offers a way to progress in your coffee career, learning from industry leaders. You will operate in a full-time permanent position with flexibility for AM (6am start) or PM (2am finish) shifts. Availability to work Saturdays when required is well regarded.
Key facets include operating the Brambati green loading and 600kg Roaster to maintain continuous product flow and achieve targets. Prepare accurate records for QC and maintenance, while committing to safety, quality assurance, and SQF procedures. Utilise and analyse roasting software in a high-volume environment.

Requirements
- Roasting and Coffee Quality Knowledge; previous roasting experience on a Brambati or Probat highly desirable
- Mechanically-minded with high aptitude in automated equipment operation
- Understanding of SQF, HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability
- Committed to quality in a high-volume environment
- Ability to follow policy, procedures and instructions
- Confidence using technology and systems
- Forklift licence advantageous
- Highly motivated with ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines under pressure in fast-moving environment
