Roastery Production Assistant

Pavement’s Roastery Production Assistant is someone enthusiastic about coffee roasting and brewing. This full-time hourly position works on-site at the roastery, averaging 30 hours per week. The role reports directly to the Roastery Manager.

Assist with daily roastery operations including labeling coffee bags, weighing and bagging coffee, packing orders, roasting, and cleaning. Label bags neatly and efficiently while ensuring order accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.

Work collaboratively by taking direction and feedback from the Roastery Manager and team. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment. Embrace diversity and teamwork at Pavement Coffeehouse.
