Your day-to-day involves preparing and serving beverages with precision and a smile, ensuring smooth service flow, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness at your station. You act as the key link between the kitchen, the dining area, and the guests, guaranteeing a quality coffee experience.

You will lead a small team of two people, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends. The environment is built on family spirit, proximity, and authentic cuisine, with a positive and collaborative vibe.

Requirements

Experience as a Cafeteria Manager / Barista or in fast-food / collective catering is desired.
Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.
Curious, motivated, and committed to daily service.
Training in hospitality or equivalent experience appreciated.
Passion for coffee quality and attention to detail.
High standards and a sense of detail to maintain a warm and efficient service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages with rigor, a smile, and efficiency, ensuring a convivial coffee experience for each guest.
Ensure smooth service flow, high product quality, and impeccable cleanliness of your workstation.
Act as the key relay between the kitchen, the dining room, and the guests.
Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by setting the tone with your high standards, attention to detail, and passion for good coffee.
Manage and drive the point of sale, coordinating the team daily and energizing commercial activity to guarantee fluid organization and sustainable performance.
