About this role

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our awesome team as Costa Baristas, delivering Costa’s finest quality coffee and exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in transforming the UK’s rest stop experience at the Cherwell Valley Services.

Your day will involve greeting customers with a warm welcome, processing orders efficiently, and producing a range of toasties and barista-quality drinks. You’ll also replenish displays, keep the store clean and welcoming, and resolve customer enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Producing a range of toasties and barista-quality drinks throughout the day
Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
