The Starbucks location at Lithia & Driveway serves as a central hub, creating a welcoming space for employees and guests to connect and recharge. We are seeking a barista who can bring the Starbucks Experience to life by delivering prompt service and crafting high-quality beverages.

In your day-to-day, you will create a positive environment where every customer feels valued, anticipate their needs, and personalize each interaction. You will maintain a clean, organized store, stay calm during busy periods, and follow all operational and safety procedures.

You will support new team members through encouragement and coaching, contributing to a strong team culture. Communicating effectively and uplifting others is key to creating a hub where everyone can connect and recharge. This role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A team-first mindset with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow store standards, including dress code and food safety guidelines
