Nordstrom is seeking a motivated and outgoing barista to join our specialty coffee team in Pittsburgh. This role is all about delivering outstanding customer service every day while crafting exceptional beverages and food items.

In a typical day, you will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards. You'll also assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and handling of food items to keep the café running smoothly.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team that values enthusiasm and knowledge about coffee and drink preparation. Clear and professional communication with customers and coworkers is key to creating a welcoming experience.

Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule
Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred
Motivated, outgoing, and committed to outstanding customer service

Responsibilities
