
About this role
Moto is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our Costa team as a Barista, delivering finest quality coffee and exceptional customer service. This role is central to transforming the UK’s rest stop experience. As a Barista, you’ll be the welcoming face of our brand, creating memorable moments for every customer.
Your day involves greeting customers with a warm welcome, processing orders efficiently, and producing barista-quality drinks and toasties. You’ll replenish displays, maintain a clean workspace, and prepare the store for next day’s trade. Every shift you strive to deliver brand standards and resolve challenges with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Process orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Produce a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day.
- Deliver brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
- Resolve challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
- Replenish displays to provide maximum product availability.
- Ensure your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Work with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
