
About this role
Are you a driven professional with passion for quality, food safety, safety, environment, and health? As QESH Manager at Pelican Rouge Coffee Roasters, you develop and implement the QESH policy. You ensure quality standards and work processes always comply with current laws and regulations, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
You translate quality policy into clear guidelines, procedures, and work instructions. Oversee development and safeguarding of quality and food safety for raw materials and products. Conduct periodic quality controls, analyze test results, and manage audits.
Advise internal teams, train employees on QESH topics, and guide external audits while maintaining stakeholder contacts. Lead, coach, and develop the QESH team, acting as point of contact for reception and facility staff. Continuously improve work processes and systems.

Requirements
- WO working and thinking level with at least 8 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Dutch and English both spoken and written
- Knowledge of quality management systems, laws and regulations, and audit processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex information
- Experience with stakeholder management and guiding audits
- Hands-on mentality with strategic view on quality and safety
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team to excel
