Head Roaster / Production Manager

This hands-on leadership role puts you in charge of end-to-end coffee production, from green bean intake to roasting and packaging. You’ll manage day-to-day operations of our production facility and lead a passionate team. Ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation is key to maintaining our reputation.

A day includes overseeing roasting schedules, mentoring the team, and managing quality control with cupping protocols. You’ll drive the microlot program with Procurement, Sales, and Marketing while championing food safety standards like SQF. Partnering across departments supports smooth, sustainable operations.
