Head of Roastery Production

The Roastery is where green coffee, expertise, and craft come together to create the product our customers experience every day. As Head of Roastery Production, you’ll take responsibility for this pivotal part, ensuring every roast meets exacting standards and every order is fulfilled on time. Focus on the roasting team following agreed schedules and delivering production targets.

Work closely with the Production and Demand Planner to align daily and long-term roasting schedules with sales forecasts, seasonal peaks, and product launches. Ensure roasting, packing, and dispatch work seamlessly together. Adjust schedules dynamically in response to customer demand, sales data, and inventory levels.

Embed a culture of accountability within the roasting team, with each roaster understanding responsibility for schedules and production KPIs. Build structured training and career pathways while fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Partner with Head of Coffee, operations, supply chain, and brand teams across multiple sites.

Lead transformation in roasting operations to set new standards in efficiency, quality, and creativity. Oversee profiling coffees, roastery layout design, and quality assurance systems for roasted, capsules, RTD, and NPD. Join a passionate founder-led brand rooted in authenticity and purpose.
