Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fully conversational in English
  • Able to lift 35 pounds in weight
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel and crouch
  • Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
  • Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, coffee brewers, ovens, and blenders

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to ensure smooth store operations and set a positive example for the shift team.
  • Assist with new crew training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
  • Deliver the OTG experience to all guests by prioritizing their needs and connecting with them.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure resources are easily located and accessible for the crew.
  • Provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Communicate product shortages, equipment issues, or quality of service problems to the manager on duty immediately.
