Barista - Part-Time

Baristas at NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia University Irving Medical Center serve as the face of exceptional customer service. They build lasting relationships with patients and families through warm smiles and friendly conversations while providing beverages and meals that offer comfort.

Under the direction of a supervisor, the Barista produces and serves hot and cold foods along with preparing and serving hot and cold beverages. Additional duties include sanitation and cleaning, stocking and organization, and cashiering duties throughout each shift.

Baristas work at the NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia campus located in Washington Heights in Upper Manhattan. Rotating shifts cover weekends and holidays, supporting a welcoming environment that cultivates healing and comfort for all visitors each day.
