About this role
North 40 Outfitters is seeking a Full-Time Barista to join the team at the West Location. We are passionate farmers and ranchers who love our Northwest lifestyle and believe in service before self. You play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding service and maintaining consistent product.
Each day you will generate sales while keeping the department clean and organized. The position requires working all scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays between Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. Flexibility is essential based on business needs.

Requirements
- Previous barista and food handling experience is required
- Ability to work all scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
- Committed to supplying phenomenal customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately handle transactions and count back change
- Physical ability to lift 0-15 lbs continuously, 15-30 lbs frequently, and 30-55 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work independently or in a group setting
