About this role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Baristas to join our team in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same.

Your day-to-day will involve preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, including artisan and speciality beverages, while providing excellent customer service. You will take orders, offer menu suggestions, and process payments efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

Previous Barista experience necessary
Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
Complete MBDA security vetting

Responsibilities

Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, including artisan and speciality beverages
Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and offering menu suggestions
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work and service areas
Receiving and processing customer payments efficiently and accurately
Managing stock – ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies
