Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience in a similar position or hotel industry (asset).
Knowledge of tea, coffee, and table service (asset).
Genuine love of customer service and passion for making people smile.
Energetic and dedicated with a passion for latte art.
Good physical fitness – ability to stand for several hours and lift/carry up to 50 lb.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks and snacks from the menu.
Listen carefully to guests' needs and advise them on best products.
Assist guests with their requests and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, disinfected, and well-organized work environment.
Optimize supplies and comply with health and safety requirements.
Check temperature of freezers, refrigerators, and machines to optimize operation.
Ensure quality and presentation of beverages, including latte art.
