Barista - PM Shift

Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking a passionate Cafe Attendant/Barista for a state-of-the-art Corporate Caffe in Cupertino. This role blends culinary artistry with extraordinary service, offering a Monday to Thursday schedule for excellent work-life balance.

Day to day, you will provide excellent customer service, create and serve tasty coffee and tea drinks, and keep counters clean and stocked. You will also brew coffee for breakfast service, brew tea for lunch service, answer customer questions, and cut lemons.

This client encourages inclusivity and cultivates a diverse working environment that will expand your skillset. You will work onsite at a corporate caffe, supported by hands-on trainers in a Barista training program designed to bring knowledge to your unique style.

If you have a love for making phenomenal espresso, this role offers the chance to thrive as a culinary artist of espresso. You will be responsible for your espresso bar, health and safety standards, and maintaining speed, quality, and consistency with a high level of customer service.
